2011 Space Roundup Set for December 7, 2011 E-mail
December 7, 2011.  8:00 am – 4:30 pm at the Denver Museum of Nature and ScienceThe Colorado Space Roundup is the premier all-Colorado space industry update and networking event.  Presented by the Colorado Space Business Roundtable (CSBR) and the Colorado Space Coalition (CSC), the Roundup is in its eighth year.  It is your chance to catch up on the latest Colorado space news and connect with leaders from business, government and education.

There will be one economic briefing and three engaging panel discussions this year:
The economic briefing will focus on the current status and future prospects of Colorado's space industry.
  • This year we will have the first military procurement panel that will feature insights into the near, intermediate and long term pipeline of space & defense projects here in Colorado.
  • Two weeks after the Congressional Super committee faces its deadline, the annual congressional update will provide insight into the aerospace policy and agenda of our government leaders in Washington.
  • The final panel will wrap everything up with briefings from Colorado’s larger aerospace primes on their current and future plans.
This panel will be hosted by a small business owner and will engage questions about how to best do business with the prime contractors.

Governor John Hickenlooper will be this year's luncheon keynote!

The event’s nonstop activity features plenty of time for networking, too, to meet new clients and to catch up with acquaintances in the industry.
